New investor at Memphis, TN

Hi Everyone,

My name is Aviram, and I am new to real estate investing in the US. 

I  decided to invest in Memphis ,TN.

My plan is to start out by purchasing SFHs, in a B class and above areas with a budget of

up to $150,000 (ARV). I thought and not decided yet if go to buy & hold or fix & flip.

Can anyone provide some tips for me?

What are the best neighborhoods to invest in for fix & flip?

What are the best neighborhoods to invest in for buy & hold?
