They even try to teach you about negotiation (through pre-recorded videos,  not the best way IMO).  

@Keshaun Harden Hi Keshawn send me a DM and will send an Excel workbook I made for my son who is just getting into wholesaling.It is a tool that is designed to run the numbers on a perspective deal and teach the language and metrics of a wholesale transaction.

Why not just make him a 50% partner and teach him the business?  

When I started my first online business some years ago, I got recommended on a course to teach me A-Z how to start, and that course changed my life and brought me to where I am now.

I have a huge community willing to give advice and teach me ways to go about certain things. 

If he's teaching how to buyer SFR's and BRRR, then ask him for proof of his portfolio.

I teach golf lessons with some high-level clients (VPs at companies, business owners, and high-earning individuals to name a few areas of work) for an hour or two.
