That being said, I think if our ultimate intention is to create streams of income that don't require our constant attention - this can definitely be done by finding the right people to handle the most time-consuming tasks for us.Seems like the initial battle is to build up those cash reserves through things like wholesaling, flipping, bird dogging, saving money from the day job, etc.

So you have homes getting demo'd you have devils night fires.. something like 30 to 40 I think get burned every day there by who knows who... its just a natural winnowing of the over supply of homes... and as those nice little neighborhoods degenerated many families chose to leave and go out to areas they perceived as safer and better schools and chose to commute to were ever they worked.. happened in all cities in the US now its reversing course like Salmon swimming up stream after 5 years in the Ocean.
