Had my realtor call to see what’s up and turns out the contingency was buyer can sell their house first but their financing was getting shaky.

As of January 1, 2021, we were selling shares for 13.67 per share.

Then, when the construction is completed and the property sells, the land seller gets paid the value of the lot and typically some split of the profits in the deal.

my experience is that as a buyer I have not received responses on properties for sale except at one time when a wholesaler was selling a property outside of Abilene Tx in a very small town. 

It's a strategy allowing you to defer capital gains tax when you sell a property and reinvest the proceeds into another 'like-kind' property.

Do you have other assets you could borrow against or sell? 

After you buy the building you always have the option down the line of selling and pulling out your equity or refinancing and keeping the building if it makes sense for you.

I have knowledge of markets throughout CT and have experience in a range of real estate strategies including BRRRS, flips, cash out refi, selling financing, sub 2 etc.I have access to off market properties, including some that need complete renovations.
