Hi all, Vinh here, I'm a marketing professional in the DMV area working for a tech startup based in LA.

Just popping into say hi to BP. I'm a new investor just scratching the surface by renting out my wife's condo to a tenant on Jan 1. Looking to potentially sell or 1031 that eventually. For now, we are saving aggressively for our next home and researching ways to invest along the way.

Hey Russell, thanks for the welcome. The DMV is a great area with lots of local investors. The condo is located in South Arlington right off Columbia Pike. My wife had already remodeled the kitchen, and after we got married, we spent some time to clean it up and do a full bathroom remodel.
