The lenders said they can only use my income in loan amount figuring if I have a credit score, so in order to take out a loan the size we were looking I need to establish credit.

I have found that the rockstars that you are referred to by other investors do tend to be incredibly busy so are not necessarily that interested in giving a new investor their time.

Credit score must be a minimum of 600. A background check will be conducted on all applicants who are or will be 18 years old while living in the home.

If you do turn down an applicant you do not have to provide a reason unless it is in regards to a consumer report like a credit score.
