If you just use M2M agreements, at least you can just give them 30 days notice without a reason.The best way to avoid scam artists, though (and they can look like really nice retired ladies), is to have written criteria.

Covertly taking pictures of people - not to mention involving unsuspecting minors in this activity -could lead to serious trouble, especially when trying to actually use these pictures to prove something.Observe on your own, with your own eyes, preferably with a witness.

out of the blue......The restoration companies is the biggest SCAM and there's really nothing anybody does about it.....So even though, we're doing everything right.... you DON'T want to be caught UNPREPARED when the bill comes.....

At least I know the deposit will help cover some of it and at the end of the day, I've stopped them from doing any additional damage by enticing them to move, not to mention I'll be making 4K+ more a year once I find a new tenant.Funny thing is, she tried to scam me and claim she was going to get a room mate from work since she is a single income household so she could afford the rent when I had offered it to her for half way in between what she was paying now and what market rent is.
