I would like to hear what the investors think, I always said I would never rent and make someone else rich but I own my own rentals it doesnt seem so bad if I rent myself.

But I have to make it clear that this not a get rich quick business as it is painted to be.

I see too many people starting out trying to get rich quick in this business and I can tell you it does not work, ESPECIALLY in this market.
