I'm curious about the cost of submetering, or at a minimum install new shut-off valves so that when I have a plumbing issue I'm not killing the water to all the units at once.

We don't winterize, that's when I do any maintenance it needs or we spend a night etc....I have cameras, temperature notifications, leak detectors that will automatically shut the main off etc....and the mini splits are back up heat.

It's easy enough here to find numerous banks within walking distance for currency exchange, most of the folks speak German, English, some Turkish and other languages as well, there are no shortages of things to do/sites to see, dining of local cuisine as well as international restaurants (from American to Australian), and shopping from both major retailers as well as open/local market shopping.
