Kerry M. you're mis using the quote feature and making your posts look funny.

In this case, the seller has asked about a remote closing to avoid the trip to the title company, but I don't know what order the closings are done in, and if a remote closing affects anything.

However, some companies offer Solo 401ks with a loan feature, which in short means you can take out up to $50k of the account and use that money as regular monies not subject to the rules of PTs.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience and could provide feedback, before delving in and then being once again disappointed by the lure of features they claim to offer but end up being a workaround through a 3rd party vendor, involving extra steps and additional charges.
