I need to make my first move so as to avoid analysis paralysis but I don't know how to go about it.I hope to meet a mentor(s) who can help me with my vision to own numerous single and multi family rentals to create cash flow, financial freedom, and a legacy for my family.

I moved in with my fiancé and have renters in my house, and trying to get a heloc for a down payment to get to a second rental investment.  

I plan to make the move in July of 2025.

Turned most of them into rentals after I moved. 

Areas with good school districts, public transportation, and amenities tend to attract reliable tenants. 

In the case of inheritance, sometimes the best thing to do is to just sell them off and get what you can get so you can move on.

I sold rentals and my primary in the San Francisco area a few years ago when we moved to Wa.

I'm from Germantown originially, and would love to get back into that market, but not the right move for me right now.

I'm looking at 2024 and wondering if I should make a move on a short-term/mid-term/long-term rental.I look at the GREATER Atlanta area, Decatur, Lake Claier, etc, and prices are just crazy. 

Or when you want to scale your business, where you finally have a reliable experienced crew in place and you want to do more deals at a time.
