I've been debating on getting my real estate license but I get such different advice from everyone.

Personally, I wouldn't mind it if someone asked...now if it was demanding and/or continuously asking for things, that's a different story and can be annoying whether neighbor or tenant.

Keep in mind that if you register your company in a different state than you are doing business in, you most likely will need to register as a "foreign entity" in the state you are doing business in.

Each states laws and procedures for tax deed sales are different and you need to understand the process. 

I don't see a different way for current entry level folks to afford a house. 

And most tenants will not hire a pro painter, but just do it themselves.....Not priming over old trim, sloppy paint, drips, etc...will just cost you much more to fix when they move out.Using a Licensed or professional painter that they pay for would be a different matter, then I wouldn't mind.
