If you've seen my face, shook my hand, seen my office, looked me up online, and can easily alter my credibility as a wholesaler in this industry with a simple click or post on any social media platform- chances are, I'm not going to put you into a bad deal or keep your earnest money, or walk away from closing or anything that could disrupt that status if I am insisting that you meet me at my office.

After being a partner in a PM company I come to find out a few things to look for when dealing with  a PM co.1. set up a direct pay into your account - dont let funds go into a general acct then get distributed into yours the next month or even within a few days2. set up a reserve fund for maintenance and other expenses that you can fund online.

I recently moved into an apartment complex in Spartanburg, SC and I moved from out of state so I just showed up after doing most everything online and was given a website to go to so that I could get renters insurance, and they said if I got insurance through this website I would only have to pay about $100 for my deposit!!
