With home values rising I hope many will have the ability to refinance away from Ocwen but thereality of my professional experiences tell me, many will suffer some loss of sleep, if not their homes as Ocwen stumbles along.

I've come across alot of affordable duplexes on the East side around the Raytheon Plant and Community East Hospital along 16th & 21st street areas.

You have also approached the Shaws with claims that previous tenants have been drug dealers and that the house previously suffered flood damage (despite the fact that the house is on a concrete slab and has not suffered previous flood damage). 

Yes there is some margin rate interest built into the expense ratio so your dividends (if any) may suffer slightly but, these funds are usually on the order of hundreds of millions of dollars so they aren't paying the 5-8% margin rate that an individual investor would be. 

Don't plant a garden in the common area without permission (and then cry that the contractor drove on it.)

I was semi lucky that I have a lot of sand and just starting the winter planting season so I was able to hand broadcast winter grass seed right before a rain and have nice green yards quickly. 

In that case, you and said tenant will have to mutually decide what's best for each of you and the rest of the upstanding tenants who suffer from all the party noise.Now that's where "disgruntled" coming in to play when the music comes blaring into the next door neighbors walls when he/she is trying to get some sleep before waking up and going to work at LAX at 5am..  ;-)I hope this made sense.
