I allow small dogs and do not charge pet rent but had an applicant mention her ESA animal and am wondering how I handle that in a compliant manner.

First of all, I don’t allow any pets in my unit and I know for a fact that the tenant doesn’t have any, nor does anyone come to the unit with a dog.
