Do a good number of renters in the area look for enclosed yards for their pets? 

I am in a serious relationship but not married also with no kids or pets. 

I don't want biting animals in the front yard anyway because stupid people like to feed and pet strange animals for some odd reason.

Do you allow pets in your short term rentals?

I allow small dogs and do not charge pet rent but had an applicant mention her ESA animal and am wondering how I handle that in a compliant manner.

Plus they kept the pet fees and a bunch of other buckle and diming  charges.

First of all, I don’t allow any pets in my unit and I know for a fact that the tenant doesn’t have any, nor does anyone come to the unit with a dog.
