AM I too late to the game? 

I'm terrified of making a huge mistake, but equally terrified to pass on an amazing deal that could get me in the game!

We have an Airbnb with Roku TVs, the renter asked if they could have the PIN to watch their big game on CBS one time.

For the last 5 years I had Internet that was way too slow to operate my REI business but the ISP was the only game in town for me.

I'm not in the STR game personally, and for the time being I don't necessarily plan to be.

Focus on meeting other passive investors who actually put skin in the game. - Did it meet expectations?

After a discussion with my mom, I found out about bigger pockets and wanted to see if I can somehow get in the game with barely any cash.

You need to know the rules of the game you are going to be playing so you dont get sued.  

Having guardrails against the hubris is arguably noble, but the freedom versus safety infinite game can easily be framed in a manner to make the pursuit of safety the villain instead of the other way around.
