A bit about me: I've lived in 3 continents so far and have grown up as an international student (born Dubai, stayed 8 years, moved to Indonesia, stayed 8 years, moved to Tanzania, stayed 2 years, moved to Ireland, stayed 2 years, moving to France next year).I've been studying investing since I was 13 because I loved the idea that my money can make me money but since my parents have little knowledge of investing themselves, I learned from books (I used to be quite introverted so I was scared to ask others about it).

Since that vacation rental company has control over the property, I don't think it will qualify for the loan. 

When it came time to getting the 5 people out we worked out a deal, but I was always in control.

The facility has 5 buildings, 51,330 rentable sq ft. 215 total units (none climate controlled) The property has an automated entry gate as well as a security fence surrounding the entire facility with security cameras located throughout.  

Update: I installed a new system and connected it to my phone to controll the watering

I'm a full time FAA air traffic controller and part time Air National Guardsmen.

One thing I need to be conscious about is not being my team members control on how they do their work.

If you go this route make sure you have a strong lease and use parents/guardians as co-signors.

They rented a house/apartment/condo from you - they don't want a landlord as a parent telling them to clean their room.  

I just feel that without something in writing I have no control of how the place looks or what the tenants can and can’t do.
