I’ve tried numerous times to get Cozy to respond and whey they did, they said verbatim that, “Experian should be able to help me.”Note that the word is “should”.

There is the customer service element, looking at making constant improvements, replacing items as needed, making sure consumables are restocked.You could outsource everything if you wanted but I like being in control of many aspects and have 60 five star reviews on Homeaway because of it.I would recommend getting into the STR game.

This experience was not ideal by any stretch but it did help me learn how to manage expenses, roommates/tenants, and complete numerous repairs over the 4 years I owned it.

When I have done that, my attorney makes numerous changes and would have rather had us use his PSA to protect us as the seller or a buyer.By the way, I loved your podcast and currently have 109 front doors in 7 apartment complexes and 7 single family too.

I'd find an attorney that routinely works with investors and has handled numerous evictions in the court where the eviction will be filed (which is probably Toledo Municipal Court).

Making money when you buy means that you took into consideration all the elements that can affect your resale price such as the property being in a busy street, to close to apartment buildings, near a cemetery or in an area with bad school ratings.2) Forecast RepairsBeing able to estimate repairs on a property is just as important as being able to predict the resale price of the property when you resale it.

I do realize that some people suffer from mental illness and cannot recover...there are numerous government programs that we have all funded for this (they are not effective).
