I noticed several LLCs own some of the vacant buildings as well.

This property is the one that seems most promising at this point and we're trying not to get ahead of ourselves but it can be hard sometimes with all the excitement.

I'd actually rather keep them as tenants long-term as everything was neat and clean and timely payments, but I can't have the insurance thing hanging over my head so without a solution, I need to give them notice.

If you want to start the process for eviction now for breach of the lease then go ahead and do that but you don't really have anything to base that on other then something you heard.

At this point, Plan A is to e-blast 2,500 Realtors 5-7 times each to see if they notice the email and maybe have a client, and bring flyers by some offices and try to talk to agents.

But, I have noticed that in two towns that have comparable populations, amenities, etc, that similar houses in each town have a big difference in taxes.

I've noticed my local newspaper refers to an MLS number.

But in the long run, even in only 4 years and now with 2 properties, we're getting ahead, and have a nice nest egg built up for both big and small repairs.

So we're hoping to get the same results when that same guy is hired to do our property (if no insurance is required then we'll go ahead with the purchase).
