I'm going to a deed sale next week and this is making me nervous!

(Plus tenant is an attorney).My realtor has contacted the listing agent to see what they can work out but its been two days and the listing agent has not gotten back to getting a bit nervous. 

Super nervous.

I'm nervous I'm going to get stuck with a huge lien or code violation through these auctions. 

I am nervous about going and I have learned more on BP in 8 days than I have so far in 4 years studying.

It would have to be site unseen and that has me nervous

Though I'd still plan on rolling the funds into other properties....I guess I'm just nervous having so much debt between my 4 properties.  

I am nervous someone will swoop in and offer a better deal (i.e cash, conventional) as my financing is via FHA.
