Think outside the box a little more.

The master bedroom got a fan box and 14-3 cable from the switch to the box when the wiring was done, so it wouldn't be a lot of extra work.

Live in a cardboard box as long as your family is safe, happy, healthy and gets a good education! 

So I went over there to look and noticed that the box was limited but newer and functioning just fine.

That equals limitations for me and with real estate you must be able to think outside the box of "realistic goals " sometimes and take a chance. 

I've been doing this for a few years now and currently have roughly $12,000 worth of virtual airline gift cards sitting in my email box waiting to be used and I didn't need to ever make a single swipe of the card to get this.  

Some tips on TSP: the box probably has some recommended ratio, like however many tablespoons in a gallon of water. 

We all will need to be ready and think outside of the box to be able to thrive on the next 6 months.

Kind of an outside the box response, but have you thought about trying to make the association warrantable.
