Hi everyone! I am brand new to BP and REI! Still learning where I want to invest but definitely considering my town of Athens, GA. My initial goal is to purchase buy and hold SFH or small MFH to generate cash flow of $4000/mo. (Enough to get me out of the rat race). My husband owns a growing business so we really just need to replace my income at the moment. I would love to connect with people around the Athens area and hear more about your experience in REI. I am interested in student housing and short term rentals. Would love to hear if anyone has had success with Air BNB as well!
