When are the tenants moving out? 

Hey Alex, I moved to Columbus a few years ago (from Portland, Oregon which was super expensive) to become a full time real estate investor, and ever since, I've completed quite a lot of BRRRRs, flips, and own a successful rental portfolio here in Columbus Ohio.

I’m hoping to get specific details on this business model before making a decision to move forward and spend the money on the live 3day course ($5,000 for the course).

I have an LLC that I just created that I plan to move that property into.I am currently living in a 3/2 valued at $600k with an outstanding mortgage of $300k.

So I am not really thrilled about moving 90% of my bookings over to Stripe for processing instead of VRBO when they force me to move to the upgraded connection.  

I already have a buddy willing to move in with me to help with the expenses of the house.

We have been overseas for 10 years and moving back in August (yay!)
