The process of turning the rental unit and the lot into a more modern, safe and inviting environment has been slow since I am doing everything myself.

I contact him ,trying to hire him as buyer's agent.Today when I talked to the agent showed me the property,he said he is my agent as buyer's agent.There is another listing agent,his friend ,the lady mentioned above was the buyer's agent for one client,because the client didn't get his fund so the deal didn't close.That's why this agent and the lady agent try to find another buyer.He said if I bring another buyer agent,then I do not call him anymore.When I talked to him if it is possible to let the landlord to ask the tenant to sign a ten yrs lease.He said if they can sign a ten yrs lease,the selling price will go up a lot.

I have a nice looking lady that cleans the houses for free after the people move out. 

I mostly end up buying "old lady houses" and these people have been in these homes sometimes most of their life.

Here are the details.1 acre with stalled project house- peeling shingles, house wrap, wood windows, sitting for 4 years at this stage 😳Adjacent is another acre, and then also an additional 4 acres with a modern metal barn- and lots of junked cars. 

The demographic is older in this region and many of the newer builds going up in the area are modern duplexes and triplexes.

When I moved away I fully rented the house and hired a lawn company and a cleaning lady, but couldn't find a property manager that was willing to keep my tenants and do per room leases.

Developments like The Pearl draw a huge crowd, I say do some research on a new development called Essex Modern City, it's on the east east side and is said to draw a massive crowd like The Pearl.

I want to help these smart people who will be making a difference in this world with their housing needs by also making Oak Ridge a little more modern...one house at a time.Where @ChrisB.

If this lady declares bankruptcy it can drag out for quite some time. 2) What is the condition of the property now?
