I do know she's mentally ill and on meds.I returned yesterday to attempt to collect her $50 but she started crying and said her ex has been harassing her the past few days and a tenant upstairs has been letting him up to the first floor (which doesn't make any sense as she lives on the ground floor and has no access to the first floor which needs a separate security key).

But this is my third year in commercial cleaning and trying to scale the business I’ve made some mistakes and let employees take on things I should’ve continued to manage myself and those mistakes cost me contracts, and being overwhelmed with my family structure between work, husband, father of three, realtor and investor mentally I wasn’t prepared for it all and it took a toll on my mental health, so I scaled back on business til I had a better structure meanwhile properties sat.

We had a shifty lobbyist mayor who slipped his way in when the other mayor bowed out abruptly for health reasons. 

I read somewhere, I think on this site, that an ESA letter must be signed by a mental health professional practicing in the state where the rental property is located. 

Its an actual health problem from what you describe, not just a theoretical burden.

At 26, it took me a good 3 months to fill out health insurance forms correctly...

Since then, I have “matured” both mentally and financially.

Asking for a rent reduction , threatening lawsuits over health hazards , asking for hotel stays , complaining everytime they get a sniffle that it’s mold and the list goes on .

I prioritize time with my family over all else and after that my own health (and that very much includes adequate sleep) and happiness.
