So, the delay is most likely caused by the tenant - either incorrectly entering info or not having proper funds in the account and the systems trying again a day or two later.

Interest rate is crazy low (2.63) and the appreciation is ridiculously high if we look at the Zestimate (~45%). even if it does drop down, it will still hold value. 10% immediate loss is duly noted. and that's why it feels like a lost cause to buy now and sell soon.Thanks a lot for the food for thought!

I ended up not investing for a few reasons even though the syndication sounded interesting:- They said they were oversubscribed but would still accept some additional funds.

You'd most likely have funds to do something interesting in the area and maybe build on a lot you divide with the right financing.
