Account Closed  god forbid on BP your suggesting anyone pay for training  LOL.the most successful wholesalers I know have done exactly what you mentioned they paid multi thousands upon thousands for hands on specific training.the issue right now that is muddying up the water is all these folks with no clue no money no experience think its the place start real estate.. can some do it sure but I bet the mortality rate is better than 95%. 

One laborer costs the employeer a minimum of $1000 a week . ( Insurance taxes etc) Not including tools , truck , and training .

However this may conflict w/ the Skill Bridge program that I am doing in the last 6 months of my contract which stipulates that I will be separating afterwards.Note: Skill Bridge is a technical program that helps to transition service members into the civilian employment world by providing trainings for skills such as my program for Software Engineering.

Some want the long term nurses that they can train and keep, some want temporary type help. 

Although real estate agents in NJ are provided more "training" and thus "write" the first contract, I want to leave the real legal work with the attorneys. 

Remember that working for free sounds like a lot of value you are giving away, but in fact they will likely have to train you to get specific results.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

So I am training how to calculate expenses and cashflow.

Or they add a pet and don't know how to train it.

I remember one of the first training sessions I had with a lender was how do my customers get the best rates...and he said, when someone calls and is focused on rate...I can do that and then charge fee.
