Find a new one and cut your losses.Ask your attorney if it's worth pursuing a judgement for the back rent.

Did you see the months of flooding rains that hit large portions of Texas this summer?

It is not an actual document but more of a “concept” or history of a property showing all deeds, judgements, leans etc. recorded against property.

I was there as well in the freezing rain handing out some flyers of houses I needed to sell, without an umbrella I might add. :) I can't believe how many people were at the tax sale on a cold, rainy day. 

I think he's saying that you don't have any funds at risk because your bid was  a credit bid which is covered by the amount of the judgement.

This is a tricky judgement call that only you can answer, but at least IMO this is the way the mental calculus works for me at least.

If you didn't trust their judgement you shouldn't be working with them.

Texas can be pretty tough on deficiency judgements..
