You can get quality guests/tenants for good rates and it can be a very good investing style when done right.

It’s a market that’s been growing steadily, and I’ve learned quite a bit about the pros and cons of investing in new builds versus existing properties.

Do you invest in the Cleveland market as well? 

If I were to do it right now, I would still try to house hack but would definitely look into staying in the studio if the rent is chheap and it would allow me the freedom to buy more investment properties.
