I’ve been doing a lot of research on the niche market of manufactured & mobile home investing and I’m interested in hearing about the experience of investors in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area.This metropolitan area is a more expensive and a smaller market compared to hot spots like Texas, Florida, etc.

At the end of 2017, we used the rest of our savings to take our kids to Disney World for the first time (which was freaking incredible), and 5-months into 2018, we were able to purchase (with our savings) our next rental property.Both properties appreciated and brought in substantial cash flow.

is this reasonable - it’s pittsburgh. with one boiler and 4 units, they really can’t control the cost). some room to do some things there - thermostats for each radiator - roughly $200 a pieces, 14 needed - easy. otherwise ‘double hung’ thermostats - the open the windows if too hot!
