I would imagine the difference between many Florida markets and Argentina is many Florida markets are transient and hospitality based.

Once you define your buying criteria (neighborhoods, property type, property condition, after-repair value, etc), it's hard to imagine you'll have 5000 people to mail each month until your business has become successful and expanded quite a bit.
