The returns won't be as sexy but sometimes slow & steady wins the race. 

This is not a race, just pace yourself each day life you are walking a Marathon!

If I paid cashola for a vintage NASCAR race engine building class with Smokey Yunick (RIP), then I know it would be worth every penny.

Once I have the 'where's the money coming from' part answered for me I'm off to the races and I can find many deals!

The saying it take money to make money is so true in the real estate business cause I have come across a few good deal only to to be out done still not giving up the race is not for the swift so I will definitely endure

THAT is when companies should strive to offer good customer support.My clients were getting no leads and they were forced to KEEP paying them every month.If you come at me with the excuse "ohh we already set up the account".. that already is horse crap because  they just copy the provide over and make some tweaks here and there.. but what is the reason that they had to keep on paying month after month when they simply are not performing any results??

lol  This allowed me to bank a fair amount of cash and but something else and I was off to the races!!

The rat race is taking it's toll on me and I'm trying to escape it with all of my being 😩 lol. 

My mother-in-law lived there for the last few years at a country place that was two hours away from a decent hospital in Little Rock.I have been to Arkansas a few times and most of what I remember besides the horse racing and the spring water.  

Discrimination is an odd animal, there are matters covered by law, race, religion, etc. but you can also get in trouble in rentals if you exclude those in the general public based on any formal process or requirement that is not an accepted practice.
