I can tell you from painful experience a 100 old apartment building is going to cost you more money and burden your life with tenant calls  far more than one that’s only 30 -40 years old .

I value my health, family, spiritual well being, and giving.

The key to all of this is to get them talking about their"pain" or their "desire" and that to get to the point the pain is gone or the dream is realized, its better to sale to someone who understands.
