When I did make that decision, I headed directly to a local Commercial Broker and we worked together to "make it happen".Unsolicited marketing (again imo) has a very narrow window of opportunity - - arriving at that moment when the owner is discussed, fed-up and wants to run away.

Unfortunately, I can't think of a good, affordable lawyer in the Pottstown area of the top of my head.

My Docter had been telling me for about 30 years that I was in good condition and my Chiropractor told me to get a head MRI and that is when they found my potential brain annuerism problem.I think that wholesaling, if you are capable, is a decent place to learn about real estate.  

I'd call and find out whom the main head office manager is for that property manger and CC that person on the email.. keep it basic and friendly.

Good morning,I'm headed to Detroit/Ann Arbor for the weekend and I wanted to see if there's a meetup in the area, or if someone wanted to start one. 

If you have siblings who don't "have time" to be involved but feel they are being left out, it becomes more complicated.Keep things headed towards relatively simple easy to understand investments.

Do not get it in your head that anything under 2% rule is a bad deal. 1.76% is amazing man.

It gets better as you head north toward hospital.  

They are still friends but I think that it would make the relationship worse if you continue to invest and butt heads as oppose to parting ways on the business side.
