As far as I can tell, from calls to Campus Life to asking the local REIA, there's no Off-Campus Housing info site at this college, no active roommate or rental housing listing on Facebook or Instagram.Has anybody ever started a Facebook group specifically for local student rental listings?

( I have looked on Zillow and realtor, but itsalwyas the same homes that have been on the market for months) .Also if anyone has any advice on what to read, or people or groups to talk to about making this move happen, it would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

I am also a licensed real estate broker with Nottingham Realty Group and I have had a lot of success helping investors (both local and out-of-state) buy investment properties, repair them, and either lease them to quality tenants (BRRRR) or sell them as a flip (BRSR).

ADPI is great, relatively inexpensive and they have private discussion groups for Q&A.

The group that does inspections are running a couple weeks behind. 

The way the wholesaler works is you have to have a 10k non refundable earnest money check in hand if you want the deal, and there were 5 other groups of investors walking the home while we were there.

I’ve already learned so much from attending meetup groups in the area and reading articles on BP, now I’m looking to apply what I’ve learned and learning and close my first deal or even get a property under contract.

I would not be surprised if there is an investing group in Hong Kong for people who want to invest in the USA.
