I build residential units from ground up back home.

There is a shared front door that leads inside to a shared hallway with 1 unit on ground floor and 1 unit up a flight of stairs.

You're definitely going to want to work with a top-notch agent who can be your boots on the ground here.

It skews it a little bit when you are comparing apples to oranges due to future expected maintenance costs. 

Since December 2017 I’ve been reading everything I could read , listening to podcast and even paid for a boots on the ground program ( rip off ) but not deterred , I’ve decided that I’m going to create wealth in the real estate market , wholesale to begin with , flips and buy and hold once I have more capital .
