Since December 2017 I’ve been reading everything I could read , listening to podcast and even paid for a boots on the ground program ( rip off ) but not deterred , I’ve decided that I’m going to create wealth in the real estate market , wholesale to begin with , flips and buy and hold once I have more capital .
