Not sure where to start.
Hey Everyone! So I’ve only very recently started following Biggerpockets. So I’m a Real Estate Developer from an Asian country. I build residential units from ground up back home. But realize this is a different market. So to keep it short, I’m looking to invest not more than $300,000 initially, in NY at the moment. What do you think would be the best way to go about it?
I mean I’ve been going to some Real Estate meetups and May have learned a thing or two about the local market. But how do I dive in deeper?
The advice so far I’ve gotten is look at flips in Long Island and New Jersey with your budget. What do you guys think?
