Seterus Inc is a division of IBM and I googled and found the contact in the upper management and email her/him and got it sort out in 24 hours! 

Learn them in Google Earth or Google Streets and then get some boots on the ground and drive them.

Google (Name of County) Recorders office, or (Name of County) Tax Assessors office.There should be a place to find out if records are online, if they are you should be able to input the address and get records or at least the type of records filed. 

And you can set up "wholesaling" as a Key Word Alert, together with other useful words such as the geographical location that you are hoping to start in.

The few times I actually go into the branch the new tellers usually say something like "Oh you're Adrian Smude that people are always bringing you money." lol  One excuse I have gotten is "I can't make it to the bank during their hours because of my work schedule"@Jered Sturmas I stated above I've had no issues with my current system, but I've been wanting to switch to something like google wallet or another free online electronic account.
