Hey BP Community,I was wondering if anyone here might have a recommendation for a national lender for a cash out/refinance for a rental portfolio.

With my portfolio value CAGR of 11%+ I'm planning to do a refi long term (pay off ELOC, cash out), assessing as the market changes. 

How many/types of properties to you have in your portfolio?

I am located in Fort Worth, TX & my end goal as a real estate investor is to have a 100 door rental portfolio consisting of small 8-20 unit apartment complexes.My plan is to build up a rental portfolio, starting with 2-4 unit properties, & eventually sell those to leverage for larger properties.

Hey BP,I'm interested in learning more about financing options for purchasing a portfolio of properties (the properties are real, but the purchase option is 100% hypothetical at this point).

I film real estate videos as well, so maybe some of you have qualifying properties that I can use to put in my portfolio.

I think I've hit analysis paralysis stage with 1 property in my rental portfolio and would appreciate some financial advice, specifically - based on the numbers, does it make sense to hold long term, or 1031 into something better?
