I don't think the seller of the 6 plex will wait an indefinite amount of time for me. 

At this stage, your focus should be putting as much money as possible into your first deal, rather than on accountants, lawyers, or consultants.Hiring a CPA can wait until you’re further along—either when you’ve got something under contract or need help with entity setup or tax planning.

What are your thoughts  on walk-through  bedroom houses  as a  long time rental property  as young investor they are very common  in my area and would make a good  long term  rental by number, What are the pros  and cons .

I currently have RelayFi and love it, it has Profit First system integrated within its system. 

-I will have more various home expenses in the long term that I would never need to pay if i stayed a renter.At first glance, my thoughts are i'm not paying $2,500 / month in rent so of course buying a home is a better investment.
