I'm thinking about using Mojo Dialer. I'm comparing it to other dialers. These dailers can do a lot, but I'm not which features are most important. Which features have you found to be most useful?

Each will have specific maintenance concerns, specific problem areas that will need to be addressed, specific things that you or your property manager are going to have to watch carefully to avoid their becoming much more expensive problems in the future.This is an investment, sure, but you're buying a structure, that sits on land, that is located in an area, and all those things have very location-specific features that you will need to take into account in your business decisions.It's not like comparing shares from different mutual funds, actively managed versus index funds.

To me they're like evictions: 0 tolerance.If you had never met her, and just saw an application: Husband unemployed for 1 year, new job for last 2 months, wife unemployed, foreclosure, 600 credit score... would you consider renting to that applicant?

Jobs report came out yesterday, and signaled the lowest unemployment rate there has ever been since 1969... 

Our unemployment rate is at 3.3% when the national average is 3.8%, Texas is at 4%.

There are so many softwares out there that add so many features that you do not even need. 

The home was on a full walkout basement with an attached garage and featured 3 bedrooms and two baths up, with an additional bedroom, and office/ non conforming bedroom in the basement along with a family room and half bath.What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Anyone using the application, background check or payment features in Zillow?  

Most people, even who don't need it, would find this a cool feature.
