If you want to take a trip and let your manager deal with the investments for a while... that's your choice. 

Last trip with the wife, she refused to come back again until it was done and she didnt have to work (we had a 4 day weekend of working until 10 pm each night).

Having people from different areas around the metro area keeps you from tripping over each other and from directly competing.

"No problem you can have your 6 month free look" So I looked, decided it was too far away (in the meantime I had met the woman who is now my wife and commuting 1600 miles round trip for a project looked a lot less attractive).

I think the trip to Memphis contributed to my lack of patience.

Friends at arm's length you might say, don't mean we'd go on trips together or go out together but just a tad more than just a tenant relationship.The, hey, come on in, have a beer, or here, try this I just made it, kind of stuff happened often, cookies, pie, cake, fried chicken, yes, fudge too, what ever.   

I'm actually on a quick overnight trip to Texas, so im REALLY glad you tagged me in this!

Just sort the material so you are not mixing different materials load it up and go dump it.Being the Dumpster Dominator that I am, I would rather dump for free when I have TONS of the stuff than weigh down my dumpster if and when it is time and cost effective to do so.Some of you may find this as a viable option so I am passing it along if you have similar facilities in your area.In a recent trip, I took some pics at the concrete recycling facility below.

The issue is that the stairs become a trip hazard and of this is a hold and not a flip property then your liability is tremendous.
