New investor question
Hi My name is Brett and Im closing on my first investment property next Tuesday. Im self-employed in what would be considered a high paying job. I have been constantly thinking about how to start and grow a real estate investing company from here. One idea I have is to buy as many properties as I can on my own, which Imagine wouldnt be more than 3 or so and then look to bring in investors to my LLC to be able to keep buying. Is this unheard of? Bad idea to bring in investors? Please pick me apart
