Secondly, I’ve heard first hand from the state health inspector on septic tanks that they do not care what you do with the property after the septic inspection is passed (when it’s installed) HOWEVER, if there is a failure of the system requiring another permit for modification they will inspect and have you sign a written statement on the current use of the cabin.
