Newbie here! Just going through the site. Noticed a property in Erie, PA (out-of-state) that looks like a great BRRRR possibility. Does anyone have any intel/info on the Erie market? TIA!

Marlin I started investing last year here in erie pa. I would stay away from under 26th and above 6th on the east side. I have been working with FNB but I hear mercer bank is good for cash out refinance loans. I have a property with the water split (2 meters) the tenants both get a bill in their name but if they move out I am stuck with the bill. Hopefully thay helps! The prices are definitely going up so I am always looking for off market deals.
