If I want cameras around the entire exterior, the only place I could put it that wouldn't require an excessive amount of cable would be the basement.

Corporate travelers almost always rent in excess of 90 days - qualifying it as a normal tenancy. 

Giving away almost 10k is excessive. 

What that specifically is though, each state has their own laws on  how this delinquency gets handled & resolved (collection notices, auctioned if need be, how exactly to handle the excess funds after auction, etc.). 

@Mary Mitchell but yes, upstairs lady should have a habitat that she can sleep in without excessive noise.

but agreed.. water rights are crucial.. that is hampering us on the 117 acres we cant get water and it can only be dry farmed with water we could be making bank on any number of crops.. 

I went and checked all 3 levels and it was bone dry on the second and third floor.

There are specialty or excess lines policies that will cover the Liability or Liability and buildings (may actually be cheaper to include the the buildings in some cases). 

if you want to take it a step further just have the house certified dry. 

Some people deserve a second chance and some will waste your time and leave you out to dry.
