Liability Insurance on Acreage

I just purchased my first Investment property in a developing area. It is 9.5 acres that has a carport and a well house on it. My current home owners insurance won't cover it under my home owners insurance due to having a dwelling on it. Reached out to other insurance companies and said they would but would have to transfer my homeowners and auto, which I don't want to right now. Does anyone have any experience on this or have a recommendation who to reach out to to get liability insurance  on it?
