I do in fact have this list and have since built relationships with 30 asset managers & I'm trying to do bulk pools.I'm now using these contacts to list REO's 4 my office.I'm considering different ways everyone here at bigger pockets can benifit from this without jepordizing my relationships or creating too much competition for myself.What do you suggest?

True the disclaimers on most of these sites do state they use their own scoring modules however these 2 sites are pretty accurate and excellent reports.

This fact is causing me to focus a lot more than usual on developing closer relationships with potential buyers and focus on reaching out to many more of them to get just one.

Yes.Get a title company on your team and develope a relationship so that you can have direct access to title reports/searches.

There is no such list, Relationships are (were) formed when things were good and production made alliances.
