MARKET yourself, put ads out on Craigslist, banner signs, business cards, drive for dollars (knock on doors), write letters to vacant property owners, and visit your county public records.

I thought there would be just ONE bank for ONE business credit card, but it turned out that they submitted my application to 7 banks (who knows, maybe more), which at least two are for personal credit cards.

My days of hauling appliances around town are long gone; both places deliver.I do take advantage of their constant sales on appliances and use both 10 percent off coupons (purchased through ebay) AND gift cards purchased through online sources (often for 9 to 11 percent off the face value of the card) to help with the cost of such.Gail

My initial thought is to just bring them together and request a small commission, but there's also this thoughts that if I play my cards correctly I might be able to buy the house on contract myself for $60,000 and then turn around and contract the house out the interested party with a point higher interest and slightly longer term.
