What are everyone's thoughts on that?

And it is possible that the owner is dead, I thought about that, is there anything I can do to buy it if that is the case?

So I get that the LLC won't provide legal protection, but I'm wondering if my thought process is sound with respect  to the retirement account.

My parents seem to be making a big deal, so I thought I'd check here.

When a tax exempt entity like a retirement plan engages in a trade or business on a regular or repeated basis, then UBIT applies.  

Any thoughts or comments on this plan?  

Hi Nehemias,Up until a few hours ago I was all excited about partials, as my perception of them was shaped by the wow factor, that this is a great method of investing in notes for those like you & me who have little capital.However after reading this excellent thought provoking & pre-warning article by veteran note investor Lorelei Stevens, has prompted to have a  very serious rethink.If anyone reading this has addressed all the issues in the above article?
